I remember all the things you taught me like being patient and doing things right, you never took short cuts and you were right about everything you said. you put so much thought into what you were about to say and it always made so much sense. You are my Dad. you never judged me no matter what I did you would always have my back for anything that I needed you for and I always had yours. I remember cutting your hair and trimming your mustache every week or two weeks and I would do the best job I could do.
I remember when you would call me and ask me to bring you a honey bun and I would.
I remember you bought me a power wheels jeep and I loved it so much.
I remember you would go to all my games and encourage me.
I remember all the happy meals you bought for me and I saved all the toys and now my kids play with them.
I remember you unplugged wires from my first car just so I wouldn't drive without a license and get in trouble because you cared so much.
I remember you taught me how to do plumbing.
I remember asking you to draw me a picture and you always drew the same snowman every time but I loved it.
I remember you would come to my house everyday and sit on my couch or at the table and we would talk about politics and news and weather and the things that happened threw the day.
I remember you sitting on the porch with me all the time and we would talk and laugh, you had a great sense of humor
I remember you were a man of God and you loved to sing and you had a strong good voice
but mostly I remember whatever the job was whether it be a plumbing job , mechanic job, electrical, or any random thing you were right behind me being my boss telling me the best way to do it or giving an idea and tips and you were always always right you were very smart and patient and kind and generous and very thoughtful and considerate I never needed anything that you didn't already get me. Thankyou for being my Dad and packing my parachute and for loving me and thankyou for everything I will never forget you and I will always love you. I am so greatful to have had you in my life thankyou
