On November 27, 1946, Dora was united in holy matrimony with the love of her life, Mr. Inez Flores, he preceded her in death in 2006. Dora's passion was serving the Lord and praying and interceding for her family and friends. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her compassion for people was evident as she shared the good news to everyone and anyone with whom she came in contact with.
Those left to cherish her memory are her beautiful daughters: Mary Delgado, Bonnie Macias, Darlene Vasquez, Jennifer Ray, all of Lamesa, Texas and Terri Misner of Lubbock, Texas; and her handsome son, Peter Florez of Lamesa, Texas. Dora was blessed with ten wonderful grandchildren, as well as twenty-six great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
