Our prayers to the Ryden family. We have always had a close connection to the family since my husband, Ferris, and Clay’s father, Carl, were longtime friends. We even named our sons after the two of them (Ferris Clay and Jason Carl). Jessica, we pray for comfort especially for you as you raise your daughter to remember the legacy of Zac.

I had the privilege of working with zac when he first worked at con-labs. And I'll tell you, not a Second went by that he didn't have us cracking up in laughter, Or making sure we were good, he was a very hard worker and always eager to learn, he was so happy to be providing for his family, And i looked up to him for that. We didn't talk after that job, but he still made a impact in my life. Im sorry for the loss to his friends and family, he will truly be missed.
Zac was many things to me. He was a nephew, cousin and “big brother” to my son, and friend. I thought of him like a son. Until he was around 10, he had the cutest way of showing affection. Everywhere we went (church, the grocery store, or just watching tv), he would rub my ear lobes or the “bat fat” on my arms. I would always tell him to quit rubbing my fat, but he would just grin. I have memories of him holding hands with Mason or carrying him around, taking him trick or treating, Christmas with the grandparents, picking him up from school, or going to DQ to get a Blizzard. Loved Zac with all my heart. I was blessed to know him and be a part of his family.
