Good morning,
You have my deepest sympathy in your lost of W.G. I have fond memories of him; he would tease me about my wrist being small, and the fish birthmark on my arm. I think as a child we live in that moment of having fun. We sometimes forget about how a smile or even a simple word can mean so much to a person. I don't ever know if he knew that I had a crush on him, but If Mae Wesley how known that I would have been in big trouble, but that was life then.We grow up and go in many directions that are sometimes better for everyone. Lamesa at the time was a community that you knew everyone and life was so simple; now those were the GOOD OLD DAYS!!
May your coming days be comforting knowing that God will be with you always.Love you all forever.

R.I.P. dear brother. We shared lots of memories over the years, since we first met @ W.T.S.U. in 1966 as freshmen. My belief is that he's in a better place with no more pain, suffering and disappointments. He gave me (BC), my wife Charlie (Jump Shot), and son Patrick (Eddie Monster) nicknames we'll never forget. Love you Man...Friendship is essential to the Soul...

It is with great sadness but also joy that I celebrate the life of a great classmate and friend in W. G.. I always missed seeing W. G. at our school reunions and our class reunion in 2016. I could always count on W. G. for a funny story or a joke. I spoke to Janelle at the last school reunion that I attended in 2005 and told her that I missed seeing him. We talked at length about she and W. G. and their family. Please accept my deepest condolences and prayers for your loss. W. G. will be missed dearly by all his friends and family and by those of us who were his teammates in all the high school sports. Heaven will have a a special place for W. G..
With great simpathy,
Chris Boyd
