A memorial service for Vickie Hinkle, age 61 of Lamesa, Texas will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Calvary United Pentecostal Church with Pastor John Lanham officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
Vickie passed away at home on Saturday, September 21, 2013 in Lamesa. She was born on May 26, 1952 in Lamesa. Vickie married Charlie Hinkle on June 18, 1968 in Lamesa. Vickie loved her family and enjoyed fishing.
Preceded her in death was her father, Lon Horton; one sister, Janet Horton; two brothers, Larry Horton and Randy Horton; two grandchildren, Maci Allen and Brandon Hinkle.
Vickie is survived by her husband, Charlie Hinkle of Lamesa; on son, Charles Hinkle of Fort Worth, Texas; three daughters, Christy Fulcher and Melissa Allen, both of Lamesa and Sue Jean Brown of Midland, Texas; her mother, Shirley Horton of Brookefield, MO; one sister, Debbie Moore of Brookefield, MO; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
