Funeral services for Ventura Infante age 73 of Lamesa, Texas will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday August 24, 2017 at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Trini Sanchez officiating. Funeral services are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home of Lamesa, Texas.
Viewing will be held on Thursday at Gonzales Funeral Home.
Venture padded away on Wednesday August 23, 2017 in Lubbock, Texas. He was born on December 9, 1943 in Piedras Negras, Coah, Mexico. Venture married Lydia Diaz on March 13, 1962 in Lamesa, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his sons, Abel Infante, Joe Infante, Sammy Infante; his parents, Delfino Infante and Maria Concepcion Rios.
Venture enjoyed working on his yard, fishing and watching TV.
Venture is survived by his family, his wife, Lydia Infante of Lamesa, Texas; his son, Israel Infante of Lamesa, Texas; his daughters, Norma Zapata of Aurora, IL. and Judy Lomeli of Oswego, IL.;his brother, Delfino Infante of Lubbock, Texas; his sisters, Juanita Rodriguez of New Home, Texas and Irene Garcia of Hale Center, Texas; fourteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
