I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Richard. He became family instantly from the moment everyone met him. He would always appear with the biggest smile and his sense of humor was like no other. "TexMex" will forever be remembered and the memories of him cherished. He sure could rock a pair of painters pants!!! Such a character. Rest in Peace Richard.. It surely was nice knowing you.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Garza family.....there is yet another Angel in heaven looking after us.
My sincere sympathies and condolences to The Garza Family. Also, condolences to his daughter that he would always mentioned and that he loved very much.
These regards also include his other extended family & friends. I am feeling the lost. I was visiting with Richard just a few days ago and joking around. But we all go, some sooner than others but we all "Depart". Richard fully predicted his departure because we was talking about it and he was 'Cutting Jokes' about it; although he knew his condition was serious.
He said words to the effect that , " My condition is because I love life, I have enjoyed life and I have done a little too much partying." He was OK with it .
As a baptized man in the Name of The Father, The Son and The Holy Ghost his Spirit "Never Dies" , it only departs until The LORD returns to judge the living and the dead.
Richard has just join 'The Great Cloud of Witnessess in Heaven' and as "A Fun Loving, Joker and All Around Nice Guy", he is probably smiling from the Heaven.
May he rest in peace...but having known Richard he just inter into "The Rest of God's Party in Heaven.
