Funeral service viewing and visitation for Patrick Dillon Chavez, age 29 of Lamesa, TX., were held on Friday, July 8, 2022 at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
Dillon passed away on Sunday, July 3, 2022 in Dallas, TX. He was born May 25, 1993 in Lubbock, TX.
Dillon married Jessica Trull, March 24, 2017 in Lamesa,TX.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Rosa Chavira, grandfather's, Manuel Esparza, Sr., and Hilario Chavez; his cousin, Travis Esparza; his aunt, Brenda Cathey; his uncle, Simon Chavez.
Dillon was self-employed as a mechanic. He ran a successful Ebay store, loved to draw, paint, loved animals, gardening, and spending time with his family.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jessica Chavez of Lamesa, TX.; his children, Houston and Berlin Chavez, his step-children, Joseph, Amy Matthew, Allison, and baby T, all of Lamesa, TX.; his mother, Verna Chavez of Lamesa, TX., and his father, Patricio Chavez, Sr. of Florida; his brother, Hilario (Lalo) Chavez and his sister-in-law, Mysia Chavez of Lamesa, TX.; his sisters, Leann Chavez of Lamesa, TX., and Adriana Chavez and her children of Oklahoma; his nephew, Lito Chavez of Lamesa, TX.; his niece, Luna Chavez of Lamesa, TX.; several relatives and friends.
