Funeral graveside services for infant twin Nickolas Roberto Vela, (infant twin brother of Kristopher Andres Vela) will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 1, 2017 at Peaceful Gardens Memorial Park in Woodrow, Texas with Pastor Carmen Moreno officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home of Lamesa, Texas.
Nickolas Roberto Vela passed away peacefully at 6:20 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 in Lubbock, Texas. He was born at 8:19 p.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 in Lubbock, Texas and several hours later met the eyes of Jesus and was reunited with his twin brother Kirstopher Andres Vela.
Nickolas was the twin son of Neil and Jamie-Lynn Vela of Lubbock, Texas. He is survived by his siblings, Miguel Herrada, Nayeli Herrada, Jeremyah Vela, Elexis Vela and Araceli Vela.
His paternal grandparents are, Rogelio and Maria Vela, Jr. of Lamesa, Texas; his maternal grandparents are, Herman Martinez and Belinda Vera of Lubbock, Texas.
