My mother, Norene Caddell Woodard, and family are so sorry to learn of Nelda's passing. We only learned of it today. At the time of Nelda's passing, my mother's sister, Lenora Caddell, was very ill and passed away on Dec 21, 2016. Nelda, Norene, and Lenora had many happy childhood memories they shared. They remained in touch over the years. We are truely saddened to learn of her death.
