Martha Trevino's Obituary
A Catholic funeral service Mass to celebrate the life of Martha Trevino, age 81 of Lamesa, Texas was held at 2:00p.m. on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at her beloved church St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Father Rudolf Crasta and Father Joseph Kurumbel officiating. Burial followed to Lamesa Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
A Rosary was recited by Father Jose Kurumbel and members of the church at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel, a place where Martha herself with others Recited many many Rosaries for families.
Her Lord called Martha home during the early morning hour of Sunday, December 7, 2014 in Lamesa. She was born on January 30, 1933 in Sardis, Texas. Martha married Ricardo Trevino on August 28, 1963 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Lamesa, Texas.
Martha was self-employed business woman where she owned and operated RRR Trevino Tortilla Factory in Lamesa for 30 years before her retirement. She was a devoted member of the Catholic Church, a member o the women's church organization of "Las Guadalupanas" and was always very active in church activities and volunteered for the Catholic Church.
Martha is survived by her loving family, her three sons, Jose Trevino of Georgetown, TX, Richard Trevino, Jr. of Lamesa, TX., RoyTrevino of San Angelo, TX.; her five daughters, Rosalinda Trevino of Denver, Colorado, Olga Lopez and Sylvia Stephens, both of San Angelo, TX., Lidia Baltazar of Lamesa, TX., Sophia Menjares of O'Donnell, TX.; two sisters, Carolina Sanchez of Lamesa, TX., Gloria Rodriquez Enriquez of Lubbock, TX.; three brothers, Raul Enriquez, Ruben Enriquez and Antonio Enriquez, all of Lamesa, TX.; 30 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
