Funeral services for Ignacio Gonzales, Jr. age 85 of Lamesa, TX. will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Saul Hernandez officiating. Burial committal will follow to the Dawson County Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
Viewing will be held on Monday, February 14, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.
Ignacio passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2022 in Lamesa. He was born August 12, 1936 in Sonora, TX. Ignacio married Jeronima Barron.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeronima Barron Gonzales;, his parents, Ignacio and Josefa Gonzales; sisters, Sophie Galindo, Cleofas Bailon, Consuelo Rodriguez, Esperanza Hernandez, Gloria Barron; brothers, Francisco Gonzales, Fidencio Gonzales.
