GEORGE BARRON's Obituary
A Catholic funeral mass service will be celebrated for George Barron age 60 of San Angelo, TX., and formerly of Lamesa, TX., at 11:OO a.m., on Friday, March 26, 2021 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Father Chacko Thadathil officiating.. Face mask are required at the funeral home and church. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
Visitation and viewing will be held on Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m., with a Rosary prayer service starting at 7:00 p.m. at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel.
George passed away Monday, March 22, 2021 in Lubbock, TX. He was born on October 27, 1960 in Lamesa, TX.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Serapio D. Barron and Lilly Lopez Barron; his sister, Elvira Barron Sanchez.
George used to be in landscaping at Ethicon in San Angelo, TX. He loved to watch the Dallas Cowboys, Barbeques, going fishing, listening to his music, especially Joe Lopez y Grupo Mazz, and spending time with his family. George was a Catholic.
George is survived by his sisters, Mary Barron, and Erica Barron, both of San Angelo, TX., Elsa Vela and husband, Alex Vela, and Pauline Gallegos and husband, Gilbert Gallegos, all of Lamesa, TX.;brothers, Jimmy Barron and wife, Tammy Barron, Robert Barron and wife, Amanda Barron, Raymond Barron, and Ruben Barron, all of San Angelo, TX.; his former wife, Teresa Perez of Lubbock, TX.; his step-daughters, Annie Sambrano of Anna, TX. and Marie Cruz Ybarra of Lamesa, TX.; his step-son, Christopher Sambrano of Lubbock, TX.; his nieces and nephews, Belinda Vela and Jesse Vela of Lamesa, TX., Isiah Barron, Luke Barron, Matthew Barron, Alexix Barron, Dalhia Rodriguez, Ricky Rodriquez, Amanda Baltazar, Julibee Barron, Aimee Rodriguez, Alyssa Rodriguez, Samantha Barron, Brandon Barron, Michael Barron, Robert Alton Barron, Ryan Barron, and Rayden Rodriguez, all of San Angelo, TX., Gabby Ybarra, Andrea Ybarra, Robert Ybarra, Jr., all of Amarillo, TX.; several step-grandchildren; numerous relatives and friends.
