FRANCES BARRERA's Obituary
A private funeral service for Frances Barrera, 67, of Lamesa will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025. Frances passed away on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, in Lubbock, TX. She was born April 7, 1957, in Loraine, TX, to Manuel and Guadalupe Robles. She married Adam Barrera on December 13, 1977, in Pleasanton, TX. Frances was a devoted housewife and mother. She is survived by her children: Chuck Barrera and wife Kerri of Lamesa, daughter Maxine and husband Steven Gonzales of Midland, 5 grandchildren: Mandi De La Cruz (Joe) of Austin, Shea Estrada (Patric) of Lamesa, Kadyn Barrera of Denver, Co., Morgan Crowl (Ian) of Austin and Aaron Cantu (Jacob) of Midland, great-grandchildren Amelia and Juju De La Cruz of Austin, and Asa, Mila, Iya and Ozi Estrada of Lamesa, and brother: Manuel Robles II of Lamesa: numerous nieces and nephews. She did things her way! We would like to thank Focused Care of Lamesa, the staff at Medical Arts Hospital and the staff at Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to United Way or the American Cancer Society.
