My Comadre Fela and I became friends thru our CCD classes at St Margaret Mary when we were about 12 years old. Even though we didn't go to the same school we became friends because of our various activities at our church. Met up at movies once we got older. Then after we married, my husband Chelo and I became her son, Chris, Godparents. We spent many years of celebrating holidays, barbecue, happy times at our house.
She was an amazing christian lady, and friend never to be forgotten. My heart aches, but I know Jesus is holding her now, and for that I find comfort.
My deepest sympathy goes to her family, continued prayers for comfort, peace and strength to them all.
