ESTROPIA BRYAN PEREZ's Obituary
A Catholic funeral mass will be celebrated for Estropia Bryan Perez age 91 of Lamesa, Texas at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 9, 2018 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Father Joseph Kurumbel officiating and assisted by Deacon Daniel Valenzuela. Interment will follow to Dawson County Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 7th and Sunday, April 8th with a Rosary Prayer services at 7:00 p.m. Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel.
Estropia passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 in Lubbock, Texas. She was born on October 31, 1926 in Runge, Texas. Estropia married Pablo Perez on February 13, 1943 in Runge, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Pablo Perez, Sr. on April 30, 2001; her parents, Juan and Clemencia Bryan; her brother, Antonio Sanchez; her sisters, Dominga Rios, Manuela Figueora, Apolonia Rios, and Josephina Valdez.
Estropia loved gardening, cooking, and attending her beloved church where she was very active in several organizations, The Women's Organization, Las Guadalupanas, and participated as a communion minister. She was a homemaker and loved her family.
Estropia is survived by her son, Pablo Perez, Jr. and spouse Bea Perez of Arlington, Texas, her daughter, Sofia Caballero and spouse Richard Caballero of Copperas Cove, Texas; her son, Luis Perez and Dawn Irwin of Lubbock, Texas; her brothers, Delfino Bryan and spouse Nora Bryan of Round Rock, Texas, Juan Bryan and spouse Maria Bryan of Runge, Texas; her twin sister, Demencia Molina of Runge, Texas; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild; several family relatives and friends.
