Family and friends will gather in remembrance of Darrell Rivera age 39 of Lamesa, TX., on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at Gonzales Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
The viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Darrell passed away on Sunday, October 1, 2023, in Lamesa, TX. Darrell was born on July 22, 1984, in Gonzales, TX.
Darrell was a CDL and Gopvax driver for D & B Oilfield Services out of Cuerro, TX. He loved to spend family time with his 3 daughters, and grandchildren. His favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys and he loved to be himself no matter what other people thought of him.
Darrell is survived by his family. His 3 daughters, Alexis Rivera and his son-in-law, Juan Barrioz of Cuerro, TX., Alyiah Rivera of Cuerro, TX., and Audrey Rivera of Lamesa, TX.; his precious grandchildren, Kayden Arredondo, and Kamryn Barrioz of Cuerro, TX., and awaiting the arrival of his third soon-to-be grandchild; numerous family relatives and friends.
