Charlie Frank Hinkle's Obituary
Memorial services for Charlie Frank Hinkle, age 64 of Lamesa, Texas will be held at 10: a.m., on Friday, May 15, 2015 at Faith Temple with Pastor Jerry Walton officiating. Following the memorial service, Mr. Hinkle's cremation remains will be buried at Dawson County Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home of Lamesa, Texas.
Charlie passed away at his home in Lamesa on Wednesday, May 6, 2015. He was born on November 19, 1950 in Lamesa. Charlie married Vickie Horton on June 18, 1968 in Lamesa.
Charlie worked in the oilfields, Anderson's Chevron Gas Station, the Bus Station and served as a Taxi driver. He enjoyed fishing and trips to Cloudcroff, New Mexico.
Charlie was preceded in death by his wife, Vickie Hinkle; his parents, Frank and Sue Hinkle; his brothers, Travis Hinkle and Troy Hinkle; his sisters, Ann Bankston and Lillie Jane Hinkle; his grandchildre, Maci Allen and Brandon Hinkle.
Charlie is survived by his loving family, his son, Charles Hinkle of Lamesa, Texas; his daughters, Christy Fulcher of Lamesa, Texas, Sue Jean Brown of Midland, Texas, Melissa Allen of Lamesa, Texas; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchidren.
