St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church celebrated a Catholic Funeral Mass for Carlos Rodriguez, age 56 of Lamesa, Texas on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 with Father Jose Thanavelil officiating. Burial followed to Dawson County Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home of Lamesa, Texas.
A Rosary was recited on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel.
Carlos passed away on Tuesday, August 17 2015 at UMC Hospital in Lubbock, Texas. He was born on February 22, 1959 in Lamesa. Carlos was a graduate of Lamesa High School. He was a professional roofer.
Carlos enjoyed playing dominoes and loved spending quality time with friends and family.
He is survived by his loving family, his daughter, Elizabeth Rodriguez Ramos and his grandchildren, Julie Rodriguez Barrioz, Ronnie Barrioz, Jr., Katelyn Barrioz, all of Kansas; his parents, Jesus and Hortencia Rodriguez of Lamesa, Texas; his brothers, Jessie Rordiguez of Midland, Texas, Chon Rodriguez of Lamesa,Texas.
