Audrey Nell Wright's Obituary
Funeral services to celebrate the life of Audrey Nell Wright, age 62, of Lamesa, Texas, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at the Lighthouse Community Center with Pastor Cora Brown officiating. Interment will follow to Dawson County Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home of Lamesa, Texas.
A Wake has been set for Friday, November 14, 2014, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at Gonzales Funeral Home.
Audrey passed away on Friday, November 7, 2014 at her home in Lamesa. She was born on April 19, 1952 in Lamesa. She married Johnny Lee Wright.
Preceding Audrey in death were her parents, Billy Frank Mason, Sr. and Bobbie Lee Mason; her sister, Sammie Shorts; and her brothers, Douglous Mason and Dudly Mason.
Audrey was a faithful member of Mount Olive Baptist Church where she also served as President of the Usher Board. She was the Charge LVN nurse with Sage Health Care Center for over 25 years. Audrey will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
Survivors include her loving family; her daughters, Trish Woodberry, Treletta Wright, Tambrina Wright, all of Lamesa, and Precious Wright of Lubbock, Texas; her brothers, Jerry "Tap" Mason, Billy Mason, Jr. and Kenneth Mason, all of Lamesa; her sisters, Nita Moman and Patsy Mason, both of Lamesa; 6 grandchildren; 3 sons-in-laws; 2 sisters-in-law; and a host of nieces and nephews.
