Memorial services for Angela Moreno, age 56 of Lamesa, Texas, will be scheduled for a later date with Gonzales Funeral Home of Lamesa, Texas.
Angela died on April 10, 2015 at Lakeside Rehabilitation Center in Lubbock, Texas. She was born on February 24, 1959 in Lamesa. Angela married Johnny Moreno on September 3, 1977 in Lamesa.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Moreno on December 29, 2013; her father, Ignacion Moreno on November 27, 1980.
Angela was a member of the Spanish Church of the Nazarene. She worked in several businessess as a cook and waitress. She was a homemaker.
Angela is survived by her family, her son, Johnny Moreno, Jr. of Lamesa; her daughters, Jessica Marmolejo and Jennifer Moreno, both of Lamesa; her mother, Grace Morales of Lamesa; her brothers, Ygnacio Carrion of Highland Ranch, CO and Robert Carrion of Lubbock, Texas; her sisters, Chris Santos and Grace Hernandez, both of Lubbock, Texas, Mary Robles of Welch, Texas, Emily Simmons of Tracy, CA; 5 grandchildren.
