ALICIA CONDE TORRES's Obituary
A Catholic funeral mass will be celebrated for Alicia C. Torres, age 84 of Lamesa, Texas at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church with Father Jose Kurumbel officiating and assited by Deacon Daniel Valenzuela. Interment will follow to Dawson County Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home of Lamesa, Texas.
Viewing was set for Monday and Tuesday at Gonzales Funeral Home. A Rosary prayer services was recited by the womens organization of Las Guadalupanas of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church on Monday night at Gonzales Funeral Home.
Alicia passed away on Sunday February 26, 2017 in Lamesa, Texas. Alicia was born on May 6, 1932 in Karnes City, Texas. She married Arcadio Torres on November 6, 1978 in Lamesa, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arcadio Torres; her parents, Severo and Petra Conde; two daughters; one grandson; three brothers; one sister.
Alicia enjoyed watching her Telenovelas, spending time with her great-grandchildren and playing Bingo with her friends.
Alicia is survived by her family, three sons, Martin of Arizona, Hector of Big Spring, Texas, Pascual, Jr. of Lamesa, Texas; one daughter, Irma of Lamesa, Texas; 21 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; 19 great-great-grandchildren.
