ALICE A. LINSTER's Obituary
Funeral services for Alice A. Linster age 74 of Midland, TX., will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at St. John’s Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. J. Jerome Johnson officiating. Burial committal will follow to the Dawson County Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
Alice was called home by her Lord on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 in Midland, TX. She was born February 17, 1947 in Lamesa, TX.
Viewing will be held on Friday, February 18, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Gonzales Funeral Home.
Alice was preceded in death by her parents, Rev. Albert Demerson, Jr. and Willie B. Demerson; her son, Brenden Linster; her sister, Shirley M. Coutee; her brothers, PFC Joe E. Demerson, PFC Kenneth Demerson, PFC Albert Demerson, Jr.; her step-brother, Dan Williams, Jr.
Alice worked at Midland Memorial Hospital offices for 26 years . She was a member of the Golf Association, played volleyball, bowl, and one of the best golf players for women in Midland, TX.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Timothy Demerson and wife, Mandy, and her sister, Jacqueline Riptoe and husband, George, all of Midland, TX.; a host of relatives, and friends.
