ABEL JUAN GUZMAN's Obituary
Family and friends will gather for a Memorial service to celebrate the life of Abel Juan Guzman age 28 of Lamesa, TX. will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at the Kingdom Culture Church with Pastor Jeremiah Aguayo officiating. Funeral arrangements are under the trusted care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home.
Abel passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, in Lubbock, TX. He was born on October 31, 1995, in Brownfield, TX.
Abel was preceded in death by his grandparents, Encarnacion and Delia Trevino, his grandpa, Abel Guzman, and his uncle Mario Paz.
Abel had recently found a love for traveling, as he had traveled to the Grand Canyon last year. He enjoyed sharing his love for comics and Superhero’s with his nieces. Abel loved all thing science and history, but he loved sharing all his fun facts about science and history even more with everyone he met.
Abel is survived by his loving family, his father, Abel Guzman (Rachel) of Lamesa, TX., his mother, Sara Reeme Garcia (Eli); his sisters, Samantha Rodriquez (Chris), all of Lamesa, TX., and Gina Garica of Welch, TX.; his nieces, Kenlee Rodriquez, and Kaitlynn Rodriquez, both of Lamesa, TX., and Zylah Marie Renee’ Douglas of Levelland, TX.; his nephew, Kingston T’Ny Karter Douglas of Levelland, TX.; his grandmother, Petra Guzman of Lamesa, TX.; his uncle, Raul Guzman (Tonja Land Jones) of Lamesa, TX.; his aunts, Eva Sanchez, Fila Sanchez (Max), all of Lamesa, TX.; his cousins, Shelsy Franco (Eric), and Angel Guzman (Lexi), all of Lubbock, TX., Dustin Rivas (Shannon) of Weleetka, OK, Selena Cortez (Angel), and Cyrus Guzman, all of San Angelo, TX.; numerous relatives and friends.
