    EZEQUEL A. LOZANO

    June 10, 1941 - November 11, 2020

    Chapel funeral services for Ezequel A. Lozano age 79 of Lamesa, TX. will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday November 14, 2020 at Gonzales Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Abel Hernandez officiating. Burial committal will follow to the Dawson County Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Gonzales Funeral Home. Face masks are required at the funeral home and cemetery. Due to the current area Covid-19 situation we continue to practice public safety measures. Visitation will be held at Gonzales Funeral Home on Friday November 13, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. with an Inspiration service starting at 7:00 p.m. Ezequel was called home by his Lord Jesus Christ on Wednesday November 11, 2020 in Lamesa, TX. He was born on April 10, 1941 in Karnes City, TX. Ezequel married Emma Robles on June 5, 2012 in Lamesa, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Ambrosia Lozano; his brothers, Thomas Lozano, Jr., and Julian Lozano; his sister, Dominga Caudillo; his grandson Jay Jason Diaz; his late-wife, Rosa Lozano. Ezequel farmed for many years and later retired. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and family. He enjoyed BBQ-Grilling. Ezequel was a member of his beloved church Templo Elim where he loved to sing in the choir. Ezequel is survived his wife, Emma Lozano of Lamesa, TX.; his son Adrian Lozano and wife, Raquel Lozano of Lubbock, TX.; his daughters, Josie Rodriguez and husband, Tony Rodriguez of Welch, TX., Belinda Vela and husband, Leroy Vela of Lamesa, TX., and Debra Alaniz and husband, Nick Alaniz of Welch, TX.; his brothers, Manuel Lozano of Seminole, TX., Danny Lozano of Lubbock, TX., and Irenio Lozano and Peter Rosales, both of Lamesa, TX.; his sister, Delia Caudillo of Seminole, TX.; 15 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; his church family; several relatives, and friends. Pallbearers, Leroy Vela, Tony Rodriguez, Nick Alaniz, David Lozano, Jason Macias, Peter Rosales. Honorary pallbearers, Irenio Lozano, Manuel Lozano, Danny Lozano.
